Welcome to my website. It offers information about me, my journal, photo albums, and my work. In 2020, I retired after 42 years as an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ. After retiring, I served an additional two years as Interim Co-Minister of Faith Formation at 1st Congregational United Church of Christ in Bellingham, Washington. I identify myself as "mostly retired," but I remain open to short-term serving opportunities. I'm a husband, father, and grandfather. After eighteen years of publishing a 1,000-word personal essay each day, I have shifted my focus. I now publish essays, poems, and prayers on Substack. You can check them out here. There is an opportunity to subscribe to receive my postings in your inbox, but subscription is not required.
